river viewfriendly staffnice mural
location was great. the river view made mornings so much better. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with any questions i had. i found a nice mural near the apartments as i left the building, it was a nice surprise.

the hotel had a classy bar on the ground floor and offered seating outside right by the river. the lobby and bar area seemed spacious, with a nice view. it looked like a good spot.

The room's temperature was unbearable. The air conditioning didn't work. i reported this to the manager, but nothing changed. I was basically left to sweat it out .

The beds were comfortable. the view of the maria himmelfahrt church with the alps in the background was amazing. the walk-in shower in the room was excellent. It was one of the best i have ever used
the immediate surroundings of the hotel felt a bit rundown. this wasn't very inviting.

i really liked this hotel i might look for other locations in the future. the staff were helpful and friendly the rooms were modern. beds were comfy the location was central to both the train station and the city. the hotel.
there was only one luggage stand in the room there probably should have been two. also the mirror was too high up it was difficult to apply makeup.
